Assisting the Head of Mission in the administrative part of coordination tasks, ensuring a smooth relation with local and national authorities, contributing to the context analysis and follow-up, providing translations and interpreting in order to facilitate coordination tasks in the mission.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the HoM in the context analysis, internal and external communication, advise on cultural issues
- Update information of counterparts in different administrations and files
- Represent MSF in meetings in Dar es Salaam as other parts of Tanzania
- Follow up of administrative documents (registration, permits, immigration policies, national protocols, etc.)
- Prepare reports on the country context
- Translate documents and act as an interpreter when needed
Required Criteria
Minimum Education: University Diploma-Degree (Business Administration, International Relations Law/Economy or related)
Experience: Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
Desirable experience in international NGOs in developing countries.
Languages: English (fluent, oral & written). Swahili (fluent, oral & written).
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)
Competences: Results, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, stress management
