Quality Assurance Analyst (Grade 9)
Role Purpose:
You are responsible for quality assurance for KYC compliance as per the
regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct KYC quality assurance testing based on the set standards
Perform end-to-end reviews of KYC information submitted by registration team for accuracy, completeness and validity
Perform surprise audit/check within the registration points to ensure no irregularities done by registration agents
Provide feedback through a daily report where cases of deficiencies are
identified, with the analysis of the impact to the entire registered
population.
Prepare quality assurance reports on a daily basis to be shared to the quality assurance supervisor and the management
Support the management of third parties Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and Key performance indicators (KPIs) with regard to the registration
process
Execute action plan on the rejected registrations on a daily basis
Recommend to management the performance of the registration agents, tools and systems
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in law,Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years’ experience in similar or related roles with Data analytical skills
experience in Quality Management, Internal Control, Risk Management in
the Audit or banking sector or Telecommunication industry.
Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a high dynamic work environment.
Good report writing skills.
ability to communicate, influence, and be a team player.
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in line with the registration targets.
